For those looking for that little bit of added comfort, these powered grassed sites with Ensuite Bathroom are perfect for your stay at our popular Alice Springs caravan park.

  • All our ensuite sites have a concrete slab.
  • Some of our ensuite sites are only suitable for caravans and motorhomes with a clean gravel base and shade.

Powered Sites

For those look­ing for a tran­quil spot to park their car­a­van. These great grassed sites have pow­er and water. Only a short walk away is the free camp kitchen. Enjoy the shade of the gum trees with plen­ty of room to picnic or laze about.

Unpowered Sites

The Palms section of our park is perfect for travellers with tents, swags, camper trailers. The river pebble base is both comfortable and clean.

Situated amongst Australia's oldest Date Plantation you have the choice of powered or unpowered sites.

The costs out­lined above include 2 peo­ple.

  • Addi­tion­al Adults cost $15 per adult per night
  • Addi­tion­al Chil­dren (5 – 16yrs) cost $6 for sites and $10 for cabins per child per night
  • A lim­it­ed num­ber of peo­ple per site, please con­tact us for details

Minimum night stays in cabins may apply for special events.

We do not guarantee sites. Whilst every endeavour is made to secure particular sites for guests, we reserve the right to move guests within the specified category or upgrade where necessary.

Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number/accommodation number after booking.

You will be allocated the most appropriate site on check-in.

Check out time for both cabins and sites is strictly 10am.

Check in time is 2pm for cabins and sites may check in from 12pm subject to availability.

Please check with us if you want to check in earlier.

Bookings for cabins and en-suite sites require a deposit of one night’s accommodation at time of booking.

Payment for cabins and sites is required to be paid in full prior to or on arrival. We accept cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Late check-ins can be arranged if you are arriving after hours. All accommodation is required to be paid in full and organised with management before or on the day.

Cancellation Policy

7 days’ notice is required to cancel a booking and receive a refund in full. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to booked arrival no refunds will be able to be processed after this time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, the first night’s confirmation deposit is the cancellation charge.

Refunds will NOT be provided for “no shows”.

If you are arriving a day late due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know and we will do our best to forward the booking subject to availability.
